Albir Confort began its operations in 1996, becoming a dynamic, committed company focused on the promotion and marketing of real estate products and tourist accommodations.

We have been in the real estate market for over 20 years, selling and renting properties in Albir and the surrounding area. We have an international team to guarantee the highest level of professionalism, experience, and dedication. We take care of every detail of your requests when selling or renting your property. We utilize various marketing and advertising strategies to ensure the best possible sales and promotion of our product. Over more than 20 years of experience, we have built a broad client base who trust us and recommend us. Albir Confort has been the recipient of two grants for the purchase of electric vehicles: one of €4,000 already received and a second of €2,900 pending receipt, awarded by the European Union through the NextGenerationEU Fund. This grant is part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, which promotes the adoption of plug-in electric and fuel cell vehicles within the MOVES /// Vehicles of the Valencian Community Program, managed by the Institute for Energy Diversification and Savings (IDAE) and coordinated in the region by the Valencian Institute for Business Competitiveness (IVACE).
At Albir Confort, we are firmly committed to sustainability and environmental protection. Our goal is to minimize the environmental impact of our operations by adopting responsible practices, such as the use of renewable energy. One example of this is the installation of photovoltaic panels in our offices, which allows us to generate part of the energy we consume cleanly and efficiently. We have also implemented a fleet of electric vehicles for our team’s transportation and for client visits, reinforcing our commitment to more sustainable mobility.
